William and I have just returned from our honeymoon, so I am emailing you to say a special thank you to the band for performing ‘Beautiful in my eyes’ for us at our wedding reception on 10th October 2009 at The Hotel Windsor.
It was a very special song for us, so I do appreciate that the band went ‘above and beyond’ to learn and perform it in one week. Please pass along my thanks to the members of the band.

I just wanted to write to you after we had booked East Side Jazz Band for our wedding. We were totally blown away by these guys. They were nothing short of brilliant! All of our guests commented on how incredible they were and the fact the music that they played was just perfect for the occasion. I don’t think we could have booked a better band. They were professional, extremely well dressed and very well prepared.
I can’t thank David and the rest of the band enough for making our wedding an even ore enjoyable and memorable occasion. Although we don’t live in Melbourne we will certainly look for places where East Side Jazz Band will be playing so that we can see them again. We were very privileged to have them play for us.

I just have to say, they were marvellous. They were on time, self-contained, weel-mannered as I am sure you would expect of them, but still I think it’s worth a mention.
The music was lovely - perfect for the evening. They read the crowd well and everyone had nothing but praise for them. Next time we hold an event lik this, I will be thinking of East Side Jazz Band.

David White and the East Side Jazz Band were an integral part of our wedding earlier this year at Ripponlea. They were a definite highlight to the day and we had a number of positive comments from guests about the band.
In addition to that, the band was helpful in the lead up to the big day working on the song list. On the day, the adapted beautifully as the need arose and were absolutely perfect!

The guys from East Side were absolutely brilliant, both musically and professionally. No ask was too big, they accommodated the change of venue without any hassle, which is especially noteworthy given it was the Provincial in Brunswick St, Fitzroy and as timing would have it they also had to compete with the Johnston St Fiesta.
The music selection was fabulous and it had all our guests on their feet. Special mention must also go to David White who was simply a pleasure to deal with in the lead up to the big day; he provided terrific advice on song choices, acoustics etc. etc.
I would highly recommend East Side to anyone planning on booking a jazz band for their big day or event.

Just writing to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed having the East Side Jazz Band perform at our wedding. The boys were fantastic and people have commented on them since. David White was very helpful every time I contacted him. My mother-in-law sang a few songs with the band and it was great that they could accommodate her, having been in touch with her previously and being familiar with the songs she wanted to perform. That was a real crowd pleaser! Thanks for your help and thanks to the East Side Jazz Band for their talent and professionalism! I highly recommend them and will pass on your details if I know of anyone in search of a jazz band for a function.
