Ray Deans Oyster night at the William Angliss college in Melbourne is a great night of fine food (not just oysters) and a friendly happy atmosphere.  Public are welcome as long as they book in.

Hello Gerald,

(This was from Virginia relating to last night).

Also, I just have to say - they were marvellous.  They were on time, self-contained, well mannered -

as I’m sure you might expect of them,  but still I thought it’s worth a mention.  The music was lovely -

perfect for the evening.  They read the crowd and everyone had nothing but praise for them.

Next time we hold an event like this, I will be thinking of the the East Side Jazz Trio.
